Peter Dressler is an attorney, accountant, and financial consultant, who primarily works with small to medium sized businesses, entrepreneurial-minded individuals, and others who want a fun, easy-going financial and legal expert who can translate the complicated details in an easy-to-understand format.

He is the Founder and Owner of his own legal practice, Dressler Legal, Ltd., as well as a Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Collaborative Business Services, Inc., with his wife, Raechel Anderson.

Peter received a Juris Doctor degree (JD) from DePaul University Law School in 1993 and was admitted to the Illinois Bar immediately thereafter. He shortly realized having his own firm allowed him to serve the type of clients he loves, and has done so for more than 25 years now.

Peter is a proud Illini who has a Masters of Science in Taxation (MST) from DePaul University, which he did after becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), in the mid-1980s. In an effort to even better serve his business clients, Peter obtained a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Northern Illinois University in 2010.

Peter enjoys supporting clients in all things financial, especially as it pertains to the legal intricacies that weave into the financial elements, which led to his choice to specialize in accounting, legal transactions, corporate consulting & reporting, estate planning, and – his true passion – tax preparation!

In addition to the work Peter does for his own clients, who are located throughout the United States, Peter works as an Outside Controller and Financial Officer for several clients in the Chicagoland area.

Peter lives in the western suburbs of Chicago with Raechel, an event planner and coach. He has a 27-year old daughter and a houseful of pets. His spare time is spent volunteering at church, battling it out on his MMORPGs, and enjoying family.

Raechel Anderson is an event manager, coach, and strategist who works with organizations (both for-profit and non-profit) and leaders who want to live a life they love in which they are maximizing their purpose, profitability, and fun in their life and business.

One of Raechel’s passions is helping clients in bringing to life amazing events that honor their values and vision. This happens through corporate events, non-profit fundraising, and private parties.

She’s the Founder and Owner of Unique Unlimited, Inc., which houses three brands devoted to helping others become aware of and celebrate their gifts.

Raechel attended DePaul University Law School and has a Masters in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University.

Raechel’s professional coach training was done through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). She is accredited through the International Coaching Federation, as a PCC, with over 3,000 of coaching hours, and has served on the Executive Committee in her local ICF chapter. She has worked as a Trainer and Program Director for iPEC, and is also a Mentor Coach.

Raechel is active in the non-profit world, including supporting her church with event management and special projects, as well as active participation with animal rescues. She serves on the board of LES Haven Ranch, which provides rescue and sanctuary for blind horses.

Raechel lives in the Chicagoland area and is married to her biggest supporter: her husband, Peter. She spends her time as a party planner for her friends and family (including her epic funtivities with nieces & nephews), and chilling with their yellow lab, Sirius, and black house panther, Delfin, while binging Schitt’s Creek, Monk, Leverage, and Burn Notice.
